Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ for Speedway RV Center in Monroe

When should I get my RV winterized?

If you are not a winter camper, around the 1st of November is usually a great time to winterize.

How often should I have the seals on my RV checked?

Checking seals should be done a minimum of twice a year. We recommend that you check before storing for the winter, when you get ready for the camping season (early spring) and mid-summer.

When should I have the brakes and bearings inspected?

We recommend once a year or every 12,000 miles.

Do I really need to use RV toilet paper?

Yes, it is strongly recommended. Regular toilet paper does not break down and will build up on the sensors and cause major clogs, so you should be using it to avoid any damage.

When are RV rentals available?

RV Rentals are available March 1st through October 31st.

How much can my vehicle tow?

Understanding your vehicle’s tow rating capacity is critical to choosing the right RV for you and your family. Towing your next RV safely down the road will depend on having the right tow vehicle and RV combination. Check out our Tow Guide Here to determine your vehicle’s tow rating!
